Paintwars Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Paintwars (the "Service"). Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Paintwars.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
2. Accounts and access
Paintwars can be played without creating an account. Some features may allow or require signing in through a third-party provider (such as Discord or an authentication service).
You are responsible for activity associated with your account or session.
3. User content (drawings)
Paintwars allows you to create drawings and other game-related content ("User Content").
- You own your User Content.
- You grant Paintwars a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate the Service (for example, showing drawings to other players in a game and storing completed games).
- You agree not to create or share content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Disrupt or abuse the Service
- Attempt to bypass security or exploit bugs
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
5. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (such as Discord). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies.
6. Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paintwars is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
